March 19th, 2015Nowadays it is pretty common to see little kids playing with computers, tablets and smartphones and using them like masters of technology. Most of them are actually master at a very short age and of course they do not get surprise with any new device or tool found in the market. This made me recall the first time I saw a cellphone or the first time I worked with a computer by myself. Haven’t you feel old or lost sometimes when someone asks you for help and the only thing you know is turn the device on or off? Well, even though I grew up with the opportunity to experience the use of technological devices it still sometimes something that really surprises me every day.

I remember that we had a DVD player in 2003 by first time. By that time, my siblings and me were teenagers and were astonished for such an acquisition like that. Now, technology has changed so much that devices like that are totally old-fashioned, and I noticed it one of these days. My brother was cleaning the house and threw to the thash 12 DVD players and hundreds of CDs!!!

EliminarI remember when the VCR still existed. I also recall when we had to take pictures with camaras that required a film roll... those were the days and YES I do feel old!

EliminarI completely understand what you say, there was a time when I was completely immersed on technology and I understood most of what I used but nowadays it looks like i havent even seen device in my life.
